Temenos Gardens

A refuge where community honors and intentionally works with the land, plants, soil, air, water, and animals. This sanctuary offers healing, respite, a nourishing garden, and a place of learning where diversity is sought and all are welcome.

Originally a Greek term, Temenos is defined as a piece of land marked off from common uses and assigned as an official domain, especially to a king, chief or god. It can represent a sacred circle where one can be oneself without fear.
